What Is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates blends traditional Pilates principles with modern movement science, rehabilitation techniques and personalised assessment. It goes far beyond general exercise or mainstream Pilates classes – this is movement adapted to your body, your mobility, your medical history and your goals.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the movement industry and 25 as a clinical Pilates Practitioner, training in cancer rehab, low back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, I teach Pilates that is safe, informed and deeply supportive.

Sessions are done online, with guidance and feedback from your practitioner. An exercise is given and then modifications to tailor to each member. The exercise is then progressed or regressed to tailor it further.

With almost three decades of clinical experience– spanning oncology, post-surgical recovery, low back pain, pelvic floor health and fascia therapy – I specialise in working with real bodies, complex bodies and recovering bodies. I teach with clarity, science and encourage you to progress gently.
