Soothing upper-body therapy to calm the mind, ease tension and restore balance.
“Gentle, rhythmic touch for the head, neck and shoulders – where stress is often held the most.”
What Is Indian Head Massage?
Indian Head Massage (also known as Champissage) is a calming, rhythmic treatment rooted in traditional Ayurvedic practices. It focuses on the head, neck and upper back – areas where emotional stress, digital fatigue and daily tension often accumulate.
Using soft kneading, gentle pressure, and soothing strokes, this massage helps release tightness, encourage circulation and support deep relaxation. It can be done over clothes or with balm, depending on your preference.
This is a genle yet powerful therapy that supports the nervous system, helps quiet the mind, and offers relief from the physical tension caused by stress, worry, poor posture or fatigue.
