What Is Structural Integration?

Anatomy Trains Structural Intregrtion is a powerful hnads-on approach that works with the body’s fascial system – the connective tissue network that supports, shapes and organises your whole structure.

Developed from the work of Dr Ida Rolf and guided by the Anatomy Trains myofascial system, Structural Integration focuses on releasing long-standing tension patterns, imoproving alignment, and creating more effecient, comfortable movement.

This deep, intelligent bodywork – not forceful, but purposeful, precise and transformative.

You will have a set of photos done (swim wear, underwear is best). This treatment is not a stay on the couch session. You will be moving around during the treatment.

Why Work With Me?

As an Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Practitioner (I am also one of the teachers of this method. I am inactive in this role at present.), with decades of clinical experience in movement rehabilitation and bodywork – including oncology care and scar therapy – I bring an unsually holistic understanding of how the body adapts after stress, illness or surgery.
