Strength & Balance: Your seated and supported introduction into core movement confidence

“Strength starts with confidence – confidence begins with feeling supported.”

What Are Strength, Balance & Confidence Sessions?

These sessions are designed to help you feel more stable, capable and secure in your everyday movements. Whether you  are living with neuropathy, rebuilding after illness, recovering from cancer treatment, or simply feeling a little unsure on your feet, this gentle approach focuses on improving balance, mobility and functional strength– seated and supported using a chair.

Everything is guided at your pace– seated, standing and done in the comfort of your own home. This might be your stepping stone to walking more, joining an exercise class or simply a way of building confidence gradually and safely to meet the demands of daily life.
