Coming through cancer treatment, surgery, or recovery can leave you feeling uncertain. Perhaps you’ve been told to “get back to normal”—but your body and mind feel anything but. Fatigue, stiffness, weakness, and worry about “doing too much” might be holding you back.
This programme is here to change that.
In this 6-week live, online course, I will guide you safely through gentle movement, breathing practices, and mindful techniques designed to support your recovery and rebuild your confidence, wherever you are in your journey.
Why this programme?
I created this programme because I’ve seen firsthand what’s missing when treatment ends. As a cancer rehab specialist, Clinical Pilates practitioner, scar therapist, and oncology bodyworker—with personal experience supporting both my husband and daughter through cancer—I understand the physical and emotional impact of the journey.

What we’ll cover across the 6 weeks:
Each 60–75-minute live session includes gentle movement, breath-work, and practical techniques to support your recovery. There’s time to ask questions and adapt exercises for your needs.
Week 1: Building Safe Foundations
Gentle mobility, breathing, and reconnecting with your body
Week 2: Bone Health, Balance & Stability
Weight-bearing movement and simple strength-building using resistance bands
Week 3: Pelvic Floor & Core Connection
Supporting posture, balance, and confidence from within
Week 4: Self- Release & Movement Freedom
Self-release techniques and stretches to reduce tightness and improve mobility
Week 5: Restoring Energy & Easing Fatigue
Breathing, mindfulness, and nervous system support
Week 6: Putting It All Together
A full-body flow and a plan for moving forward with confidence

A dedicated 6-week live, online programme specifically for women recovering from breast cancer surgery and treatment. Gentle, guided movement and breath-work to restore mobility, rebuild strength, and support wellbeing.
